There will be an expected time between order placement, driver pickup, and driver delivery. When placing an order, an estimate of time of arrival will be given based on location provided, driver avaialbility, and driver proximity to Playhouze by Spaceborn Genetics facilities.Many factors may determine the speed of delivery. HashCab will use available means to ensure deliveries are completed within time stated, while keeping members in touch with drivers and updated to status of delivery. HashCab is not responsible for dispensary preparaion times or delays.
To redeem delivery, and free gift of cannabis from driver, member must be 21+ and present valid id. Driver's have the sole discretion to award members free gift of cannabis based on Playhouze by Spaceborn Genetics' policy. Drivers also have the discretion to deliver or not deliver based on their perception of safety. The Playhouze 1-day membership pass must be unlocked upon delivery to redeem, valid same day as delivery only. Availability varies.

HashCab will offer refunds when it is determined that HashCab made an uncorrectable error. Orders placed through the HashCab app for third party entities are responsisble for all products provided. HashCab assumes responsibility of the services and delivery.
In the event it is determined HashCab has erred on an order, we will immediately attempt to correct the issue, while keeping the member abreast of the situation. If it is determined that HashCab is in fact in error, and is unable to correct the issue, a refund will be offered.
In the event that a HashCab order is placed, and the member is unable to receive the order, becuase of unavailability, no proof identity, etc, the ordering member will be alerted, the corresponding order will be cancelled, and the member will be refunded within 1-3 business days minus the delivery fee.
